Worsted is slightly thicker than DK, not as thick as an aran. It isn't a common weight in the UK but far more common in the US so this yarn is perfect for the increasing number of online patterns that are becoming available here. A real workhorse yarn at a great price it has clear stitch definition and a soft handle. Machine washable at 40 degrees.
