A traditional range of cabled and textured jumpers for men, women and children using Guernsey 5ply yarn. Side buttoning necks. This pattern gives instructions for the traditional guernsey cast-on method as well as a cable cast-on.
Yarn requirements (100g balls of Wendy Guernsey 5ply): 20/22" - 4, 24/26" - 5, 28/30" - 6, 32/34" - 8, 36/38" - 10, 40/42" - 10, 44/46" - 11, 48/50" - 11
Requires: pair each 3mm and 2.25mm needles, cable needle and stitch holders. Also requires 4-5 buttons.
Tension: 26 stitches to 10cm over double moss stitch on 3mm needles.
