This kit contains the yarn and pattern to knit the stocking. There are 12 colours in total, in the kit there is a 20g ball of the main colour (Tudor) and 10g Miniballs of the other 11 colours. The yarn used is the JC Rennie pure wool 4ply which is used for the Miniballs. For more information about this yarn please see the Miniball listing.
The kit uses 3.25mm 40cm circular plus 3.25mm DPNs or long circular for magic loop to close the toe. The stocking is knit in the round starting with the i-cord loop and edging. The heel is worked in garter stitch short rows. Needles are not included in the kit but can be purchased separately.
The finished stocking weighs about 80g so you will have plenty of yarn. The colours for the motifs are listed in the pattern but you can change them round as much as you want.
The stocking is closely based on the 2020 Advent calendar pattern.
