This year's calendar makes a cowl with a graphical theme - think like a picture. It will be a shorter cowl that goes once round the neck, so to use up all your leftovers there will be a bonus cowl pattern with an all-over pattern design. Two cowls for the price of one! This will keep you entertained into the dark days of January.
Normally we do this with lots of colours to open each day but this version uses just two colours, 100g of each colour. The surprise for advent is in the pattern. The pattern looks very striking in just two colours. You get 2x100g Kinross 4ply (410m/100g of Kinross 4ply pure lambswool) in different colours and a pattern to go with it that uses stranded knitting in the round. There is a new section of the pattern for every day of December up to the 24th. Just choose your colour combination from the suggestions below or you can request a different one if you fancy! The kit comes in a cotton drawstring project bag.
Needles are not included - a 3.25mm 40cm circular or DPNs would be ideal which can be purchased separately.

We also do a Miniball version in 24 colours and a Kinross/Miniball combination version with the Kinross as the background and 12 Miniball foreground colours. The pattern is the same for all 2026 options.
